For the use of the Excel-Soccer, hereinafter also referred to as software, the following license terms may be agreed. These license terms are defining the use of the software by you – either a natural person or a legal person – hereinafter referred as the user. By accepting this agreement and by the installation of the software, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this contract. If you do not accept the license terms, you may delete the software and all its copies from your media.

License terms

The software can not be used by the German organizations and/or companies GEMA, GVU and GEZ and by their staff. The free version of the software can be used by all other individuals or companies. The producer – Mourad Louha – provide the user a limited, non-exclusive license for this software. The software can be used on any number of computers that are owned by the user.

Reservation of title

The producer owns the title, copyright and all other commercial and non-commercial rights to the software. The software is protected by copyright laws, international treaties and other national legislations. This also applies to all related written documentation, images or other materials included to the software. It is not allowed to remove or modify the existing copyright notices, trademark notices and registration numbers from this software. The use of this software grants you no rights to trademarks or service marks of the producer. The software or parts of it may not be sold, rented, loaned, leased or sold in any other way. The software may not be linked or offered to/on any fee-based internet portals. The software may not be linked or distributed on other non fee-based websites or offered on other media like DVD’s without our agreement.

Warranty

The software in its current version was developed and offered for the purpose of managing soccer leagues with Microsoft Excel. The software needs a legally acquired and installed copy of Microsoft Excel. No warranty is given by the producers that the software is error free, does contain all your requirements or will work with no interruptions. Furthermore, no warranty is given that errors will be corrected, updates will be available or new versions will be published. The Software or any part of it is delivered as is without warranty of any kind. You will use the Software at your own risk. This includes any damage or loss of data resulting from the use of this software.

Decompilation, reverse engineering

This Excel file contains a password protection for the workbook, the worksheets and may contain a protection for the VBA project. The protection may not be removed or cracked. The passwords may not be published in any way.

Disclaimer

The liability for damages of any kind, in particular data loss, is excluded in any case.

Infringements

Violations of the terms mentionned before will be prosecuted both criminal and civil law.

Jurisdiction

In the current agreement, the German law and international treaties shall apply. Jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contract is Aachen, Germany. This license is based on the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision of this license shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. The remaining provisions of this license will remain in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous

Microsoft is a registered trademarks of the Microsoft Corporation. The use of this software does not grant you any rights on trademarks from other producers.
